Frequently Asked Questions

What is Pay-as-you-go plan?
Its simple, when you put up a design request in our portal, you need to confirm the quote before we proceed to process the order. Once you download the open files after proof approval, we consider the order to be completed and processed for billing. You will be charged for all the orders that has been successfully completed by end of the month. Consequently, there will be only 1 charge on your card for all the orders that has been placed in the given month. e.g. Its like your monthly mobile phone bill, you pay what you have used.

What does unlimited really mean?
You can send us as many design requests as you like, we will process them one by one. If you are not happy with any of the design concepts, you can then request as many changes until you are satisfied. You will never be charged more than the monthly fee.

What is an active task?
When you make multiple design requests, our artist dedicated to your task works on one project at a time and queues all your other art requests. Once he completes making the master piece you requested, he sets up his shop to conjure the other masterpieces from the waiting queue. Hence, the art request that the artist is working upon, is considered to be an active task.

In which plans i can get free unlimited design service?
Good question, Shark 1, Shark 2 and Shark 3 are the only subscription plans where you can have unlimited graphic designs with unlimited revision.

Is there any hidden cost?
There are no hidden costs. We offer 4 different plans. You can choose them according to your requirement.

What sort of design request is included in subscription plans of Shark 1, Shark 2 and Shark 3?
Please check our detail pricing matrix which gives clear idea about our services. Branding and larger projects like Catalog design, 3D animation, 2D design, image rendering, website design, web programming are not included in subscription plans. Please contact our sales for quote request on such projects.

What if I need designs on an urgent basis?
To ensure quality of work, we require at least 1 business day to complete a task. You can put in a request to have the design completed urgently which we will try our best to deliver within 8 hrs.

What if I’m unhappy with designs I receive?
You can keep sending us revisions until you are 100% satisfied.

When I receive files, can I send them to printing directly?
Yes, we deliver print ready files and can be sent to printing directly.

How do I submit my request?
You can login into our portal and place your request. Our representatives are available 24/5 through phone, chat or email.

How much time will revisions take?
Every revision will take at least 1 business day, and if it’s a more complex change, it may take longer. As with the initial design request, we will provide you with a “time quote” on the change.

Can i place multiple orders by multiple users in one account?
Yes, you can create multiple users in one account and all orders will be processed according to your selected plan.

What if i want to cancel the subscription? or Is there a contract?
Yes, you can cancel the subscription services anytime. Your account will be changed to pay-as-you-go plan and you can normally place an order and once you approve the quote for the design request, we will process the design request.

Can i re-activate the subscription once cancelled?
No, we cannot re-activate the subscription once it has been cancelled. Your account default plan would be changed to would Pay-as-you-go. Subscription plans are one-time offer for our clients, once cancelled, we cannot re-activate the account for unlimited subscription plans.
